OTHER PALMISANO PROJECTS : You Build us Better : the Palmisano employee handbook & the Palmisano corporate brochure

I worked with Rapjab to create Palmisano an employee handbook. Our goal was to create a book that was a pleasure to flick through, that felt rich in content, and that embodied the history and culture of their company. The handbook covers more than the usual scope of an employee handbook, spanning 85 pages and places the expected overview of the company alongside Palmisano family recipes, inspiring quotes picked by the Palmisano team and unexpected visual ephemera.

I created two different illustration directions for the book, digital illustrations that visually echo old two tone colour printed works, and watercolour pieces. I also created handwritten notes, doodles and smudges and sprinkled them throughout the pages to give the book a real and useable feel.
