A Song of Land and Sea
Experience behind the scenes on my exhibition ‘A Song of Land and Sea,’ a collection of large digital paintings celebrating the wildness and beauty of our native animals and landscapes. These works are inspired by time I've spent in the backcountry of New Zealand on various adventures, having encounters with some of these animals. Showcasing animals across the range of native birds, sea life and reptiles, and their varied habitats, the series is broad in scope. I share snippets of my creative process in video content, providing a behind the scenes of some of my painting techniques. Each of these videos pairs with an artwork in the series, watch them and explore my creative process of digital creation bit by bit.
